Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 can cannellini beans (or other white beans), drained and rinsed
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Splash of water (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Add more water a little at a time until it’s the texture you want—thicker for a dip, thinner for a dressing.
