Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ⅓ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
- ¼–½ of an avocado
- 8 oz silken tofu (½ block from a standard 16 oz package)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 tbsp non-dairy milk (optional, only if needed for blending)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips (microwave in 20-second intervals or over low heat on the stove). You can just throw in the chocolate chips too if it’s just a few to save time and energy.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa to your liking.
- Scoop into jars or bowls and chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
