Dragonfruit Berry Smoothie

Dragonfruit Berry Smoothie

Vegan

Tropical, hydrating, and full of antioxidant-rich ingredients—this smoothie feels like a treat but works overtime to support your skin, energy, and hormonal balance. And yes, adding sea moss gel is a flex… but we’re here for it. The color alone is enough to make you want to drink it, and I could drink a LOT of this one.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 handful strawberries (I like using fresh!)
  • 1 handful frozen pineapple chunks
  • Splash of orange juice
  • Coconut water (enough to blend—about ¾ cup)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (or more if you like it sweeter)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • A few ice cubes
  • Bonus: 1 spoonful sea moss gel for added minerals

Steps

  1. Toss everything into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour, sip, and glow from the inside out.

Wellness Notes

  • Dragonfruit + berries = antioxidant powerhouses that help fight oxidative stress and support glowing skin
  • Chia seeds = healthy fats + fiber for digestion, hormone support, and inflammation
  • Pineapple = not just sweet—it helps regulate estrogen levels and can gently stimulate uterine contractions, which may support more regular cycles
  • Sea moss = loaded with minerals like iodine, zinc, and iron for thyroid function and immune support
  • Orange juice + pineapple = vitamin C boost and natural hydration

Modify This Recipe

  • Try it as a smoothie bowl by using less liquid and topping with granola, coconut, or extra berries.
  • Use a splash of whatever juice you have on hand.
  • Throw in a fresh orange
