- 1 small fresh beet (steamed or raw), or 100% beet juice
- Juice of 1 key lime (or regular lime)
- ½ cup strawberries
- ¾–1 cup coconut water (if not using beet juice)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of ice
