Ingredients

  • 1 small fresh beet (steamed or raw), or 100% beet juice
  • Juice of 1 key lime (or regular lime)
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¾–1 cup coconut water (if not using beet juice)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Add everything to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and vibrant.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy—your body will thank you.
