Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Dates (soaked for 10 minutes if preferred, or use date paste)
  • 1–2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • Almond Milk (enough to blend smoothly)
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • A few dashes of Cinnamon
  • Handful of Ice

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
