This space is more than recipes—it’s about life. About how our stories shape our wellness. About healing in the in-between. It’s a place for reflection, connection, and maybe a little encouragement on the days that feel too heavy to cook dinner or too quiet to be okay.
I’m not a licensed nutritionist or wellness expert—though pursuing a degree in nutrition is something I plan on accomplishing. What I am is a forever learner with a bachelor’s in healthcare administration, a background in food service, and a heart for helping women feel just a little more seen, nourished, and grounded.
Everything I share—whether it’s a 10-minute tofu scramble or thoughts on postpartum fog and hormonal shifts—is rooted in lived experience, research, and plenty of trial and error. If something I write helps you feel understood, gets dinner on the table, or gives your nervous system a moment to soften—then that means the world to me.
Thanks for being here.
